Barbecued Pork Ribs

By Sid • Dec 2nd, 2007 • Category: American Food
Barbecued Pork Ribs These are tender, juicy and , with all the flavor of the great outdoors! Simply marinate the overnight in a mixture of soy , ginger and . Arrange them on a hot oven rack (200 degrees) and allow to cook for 15 minutes, turning once. Ensure there is a container below the rack. Put a little water in this. Brush with barbecue (I use Kraft Barbecue Smoked Hickory flavor) and cook for 30 minutes on one side and then 30 minutes on the other. Brush the other side too.

Note: The cooking time really depends on the meat. Ensure the meat is tender before you serve.

  1. The ribs look great shall try it as soon as I can get my hands on a rack of rib. The juiciness is apparant in the photo which makes for good photography as well. Great going Sidh. I wish I was your neighbour I would be at the door with a cup begging for some sugar at all times in the hope of catching you in the kitchen. Ha Ha Ha!
