French Toast Breakfast

Made this for Cherie’s breakfast this morning. Simple, fast and tasty. Another variation could be spreading the on only one side, frying it, then spreading some and on the side, covering it with another toast, side inside and grilling in a sandwich toaster.

French Toast Breakfast
  • 6 slices of bread
  • 1 beaten
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • Some oil for frying

Method:

  1. Break the eggs into a bowl. Add the milk, season with salt and pepper and beat well.
  2. Dip each slice of bread, on both sides into the mixture
  3. In a few drops of oil on a non-stick pan, fry the -soaked bread on both sides till .
  4. Serve with ketchup
