Khaman Dhokla

Method:
- Soak the rice and dal for 12 hours.
- Blend with butter milk
- Add green chillies, ginger, garlic, salt, and turmeric (to taste) and steam cook
- When thick and completely cooked, cut into pieces and fry in oil with mustard seeds
- Garnish with grated coconut and coriander leaves
