Mustard Chicken Curry

This is a very simple that will only take you a few minutes to make, without looking for anything special. You’ll need:

Simple Chicken Curry

Method:

  1. Heat oil. Add mustard [crackle], , , salt. Stir
  2. Add Ginger and paste. Fry. Add . Fry.
  3. Add , aamchur powder, kadi patta, green chillies. Fry.
  4. Add some water. Bring to boil.
  5. Add . Cook.
  6. Thicken if you like. Serve with rice or rotis.

I couldn’t think of a better name. If you have a better name, tell me.

    Ingredients: Sometimes, I just have a look and a taste in my mind and go and try to make it happen. In those cases, I’m so involved in it, I just dont get around to writing the amounts. However, point taken. If you ever try this one, could *you* tell *me* the amounts?

    Yeah, the pictures - inspired by you! I’ve added pictures for the bread too. Made a fresh batch this morning. Came out yummy.

  4. ah yes. totally forgot. try it with nutri nuggets or perhaps nutri flakes and potato chops/koftas? might be an interesting variant.
