Thai Coconut Milk Soup This amazingly simple is nutritious and you can make it even more so by adding more . The base of the flavor is in the two key ingredients - galangal and lemon grass. Based on coconut milk, it can be a full meal in itself - just add or serve on a bed of .Making this is quite simple - simply chopped , thinly sliced galangal and bruised lemon grass with seasoning in coconut milk. You’ll need to it for a while to get the flavors of the galangal and lemon grass to permeate into the - when its done - divine!

Note: For the non-vegetarian version, just add some shredded boiled to it, or raw, finely sliced .
