This is the 301st post on Chef At Large. I just noticed it and it sounds like such a big number. Doesn’t seem that large in practice, since I had such a great time cooking, photographing and writing. Thank you all for visiting Chef at Large.

Guess that provides a reason for the change of look. There’s so much content on the site and the previous look simply didn’t give an idea of what to find and where. I hope this one is better. I know there are issues with Internet Explorer. Please bear with me and I’ll fix them. In the meanwhile, have you tried Firefox yet? It is a superb browser and you can download Version 3 (the latest) at www.getfirefox.com.

    Wake up, even before i wanted to say, Vinny already said it.

    I too liked the OLD Chef at Large, 1000 times better than this current(OH NO SO FRILLS), Photo n color restircting blog.

    One word for it, IT SUCKS!!!

    When Ur THE 300 high gets over, CHANGE THE BLOG BACK TO PREVIOUS ONE. OK!

    BTW, I never thought Indian Manager(s), cared about Food Blogs and food reviews.

    Great work man! Now lets plan to open our own resturant. Wot say?
