Pan Haggerty

Pan Haggerty is a and simple to make dish. I wouldn’t say its quick, but your kids will love it. My wife ended up scraping the pan, so I’m pretty sure it appeals to children. (I hope she’s not reading this).

Oil a pan, put a layer of sliced , then a layer of sliced , then sprinkle some . I put in some shredded raw bacon too. Season each layer with a little salt and pepper. Repeat for about 3 layers. Finish with a layer of with some sprinkled over. Cook on a very low heat for 30 minutes. Finish off under the grill till the are browned and the bubbling.

I also sprinkled some paper thin slices of over the before popping it into the oven.
