Review: Mexican Mania, Great India Place, NOIDA

Mexican Mania is a part of the Court, in the , . The is what you would expect in any , the of people everywhere, the sizzle of food cooking, intermingling of et al.

The available menu is rather sparse, and the servings are small. The taste however is good and makes you want to have more. When you’re there do try their Quesadillas – vegetarian or not, they’re a treat. It’s essentially two stuffed with a of , golden of , , and seasoning, served with salsa and . The other good thing is that the stuffing is made fresh every time. Their are great too!

Mexican Mania is an integral part of the Court and is present wherever Spoon is. Definitely worth an visit.

    I am assuming that U might have eaten a Stuffed Chicken Black Pepper(sauce) SIZZLER at either SPOONS or
    at any other foodcourt at any mall.

    1. How to make Stuffed Chicken(breast) in Black Pepper sauce @ home?

    2. And most IMPORTANTLY, How to Grill Chicken for this recipe @ HOME? Do I need to buy a Grill with Charcoal or is there any simple Utensil/Bartan available in the market?

Hey Jas: Didn’t get your number btw. details like, is the sauce chinese style or western, whats the chicken stuffed with, what is it served with and so on - essentially details of whatever you saw, so i have the same picture in my head. Once that picture is complete, I’ll come up with the recipe.

    U r kinda like me, U like to be precise. Well as I was sooo… anxious to learn to make SCbBP(Stuffed Chicken(breast) in Black Pepper ) sauce, I found a few recipies on the web.

    I wanted to learn Continental style sauce, NO chinese pls. Served with buttered vegetables and rice on a sizzler plate.

    Also, as I mentioned MOST IMP, how to grill chicken at home as we dont have those hotel/resturant like big Grills, which Chef(s) use. That too is solved, there are Grill Pans available, Circular or Rectangle in shapes.

    Do post if U try to make a similar recipe!.

    Now I have to go n buy 2 imp things:
    1. Grill Pan, I think I can even use an Electric Sandwhich Griller we use at home.
    2. Also, a Sizzler plate.
