Leftover Croquettes

This is a good main course, though I think I could have presented and served it a bit better. My excuse is that it was a quick Saturday afternoon meal. Send me photos of how you did it. You’ll need:

Chicken [boneless]:

1/2kg chicken
Oil for frying
Flour
