For the Raan

1 Kilo Whole Leg of Lamb
Meat Tenderizer
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
2 tbsp Ginger Paste
1 tsp Onion Salt
1 tsp Pepper

Mustard Chicken Curry

This is a very simple curry that will only take you a few minutes to make, without looking for anything special. You’ll need:

Chicken
Black Mustard Seeds
Diced onion(s)
Diced tomato(es)
Kadi patta
Ginger paste
Garlic Paste
Chilli powder
Green chillies
Aamchur powder
Haldi powder

Method:

Heat oil. Add mustard [crackle], haldi, chilli powder, salt. Stir
Add Ginger and Garlic paste. Fry. Add onions. Fry.

Prawn and Cauliflour Curry

Third in the prawn series. You’ll need:

500gm peeled prawns
1 medium cauliflour
2 large onions
6 green chilies
1 tsp ginger paste
 2 tsp cumin seed
6 pepper corns
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp chili powder
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste

Method:

 Wash prawns thoroughly
Cut cauliflower into florets.
Grind the onions, green chillies, cumin seed, pepper corns and red chillies into a paste
